Our Six-Step Process Includes
Pre-qualification
We know your time is valuable, so we begin with a short questionnaire that helps us determine if you are a suitable candidate for NovAqua™ Science products. If the answers show that you could benefit from NovAqua™ products and solutions, we then present you with a more detailed description of the products and how they work.
Facility Audit
With your agreement, our certified technicians perform a comprehensive audit of your facility to determine usage and performance of each individual component.
Proposal
Based on the outcome of our audit and an analysis of your previous 1-2 years of water bills, we prepare a proposal detailing individual unit replacements and their costs, the water and dollar savings we anticipate with each installation, and the return on investment payback period.
Installation
Once we’ve reached an agreement on the scope and timing of your project, our installation team will begin work. All NovAqua™ installations are overseen by a technical adviser who tests and insures all equipment is properly installed and tuned for maximum savings and reliability.
Financing
Our dedication to serving your needs includes financing options. We offer three choices, depending on your needs and the size of your project.
Direct Pay: 25% down payment, and once we’ve completed installation, NovAqua™ will bill you with the total balance due within 30 days.
NovAqua™ Pay From Savings Plan: A complete plumbing retrofit installation is done, and costs are borne by NovAqua™ Science. We ask for your assistance in adding NovAqua™ as a third party to receive your sewer and water bills on a monthly or quarterly basis.We then measure your savings based on consumption usage one year prior to the retrofit, and we collect only what we save you! This savings will be collected for a pre-determined time, usually within 2 years. After this pre-determined period of time, you receive 100% of subsequent sewer and water savings!
Shared Savings: Partner participates in 20% of the water and sewer savings right away but the pay back period would be mutually extended
After Sale Follow-up
NovAqua™ representatives are always just an email or phone call away for any follow-up questions or concerns you may have. In addition, we provide regular reports that verify savings and present new savings opportunities as new technologies and services become available.
